Via MijnGezondheid.net, you can arrange a consultation with your own doctor safely and online. Log in via MijnGezondheid.net and choose the tile; ask a doctor.
Make an appointment with your doctor
The office hours are held every working day. You must always make an appointment in advance before the office hour. This can be done online or by phone. Appointments, results or prescriptions cannot be requested at the counter. You can make an appointment online via MijnGezondheid.net (use the link on our main page). You can make an appointment by phone via the assistant. You can call the practice for an appointment on weekdays in the morning between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Home visits must be requested before 10 a.m. To request a result, please call on Monday, Thursday and Friday between 1 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. Hand in urine (after telephone consultation) every working day between 10:30 a.m. and on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can bring or pick up other items at any time from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Via MijnGezondheid.net, it is possible to look at your medical data on the internet. You can view the following information on the internet (please use the link on our main page):

- Physical exam data such as blood pressure
- Appointments made with your doctor
- Hypersensitivities to medicines, for example

Order repeat medication
Order medication at the time that suits you via MijnGezondheid.net (use the link on our main page). You can also call the repeat prescription line 010-4837842. This line is only intended for chronic repeat medication. Start your message with your name and date of birth and then record the desired medication. If you want to have the medication delivered to your home, please mention this. The medication will be ready at the pharmacy or delivered to your home after 2 working days.

In the evening and at night, between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m., on weekends and during holidays, you can contact the Rijnmond Zuid Central Medical Office (near the Maasstad Hospital) for emergencies, phone number: 010-2909888. For repeat prescriptions that can't wait, please go directly to your pharmacy. This only applies to the Reijeroord, IJsselmonde and de Dijken pharmacies. Training practice
